© 2013-2016 Belmont County Veterans  Service Commission

•Belmont County Veterans Service Commission ID cards are again being issued after technical difficulties. The ID cards are for current, honorably discharge, Belmont County veterans who served on active duty (for other than training purposes). To get the ID card, veterans must bring a current utility bill or official piece of mail with the veterans name and address, along with their DD214.   This is a county ID card and not a federal or state ID.
