Belmont County Veterans Service Office    

In March the Belmont County Veterans Office moved to Bellaire.  We have a much better office that is handicap accessible and has level parking.  Stop in and visit and have a cup of coffee.

If you are a veteran of WWII, Korea, or Vietnam era and you left high school to join the military or was drafted out of high school you may be eligible to receive your high school diploma.  Please contact our office for further information. 

The office will be closed Wednesday November 11, 2009 for Veterans Day.   

We are scheduled to be set up at the Belmont County Fair from September 8-12, 2010 and at the Octoberfest in Bellaire October 9, 2010.  Please stop by our display for information on Veterans Benefits. 

VETERANS or their eligilbe dependents who are eligible for HEAP may also be eligible to have our office pay one of your heating bills between the months of November 1 thru March 31.  We are also paying electric bills from May 1 thru September 30.  Contact our office for more information.
